I began selling real estate in southwest Florida and quickly specialized in riverfront estate homes and gulf access waterfront properties. Ft Myers and Cape Coral residential waterfront properties are a special interest to me as I reside on the Caloosahatchee River and am an avid boater. With waterfront homes in Cape Coral ranging from the 200's to multi-millions, Ted is able to find the property ideal for your interests and needs.
Real estate is a second career for me. After nearly
18 years as a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker/psychotherapist, I fell in love with the real estate business and I closed my counseling practice and retired my Social Worker License. My experience and training demanded high professional standards and as a Realtor, I will demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and ethics in the real estate industry. My counseling experience also gave me advanced listening skills and the ability to assess the needs of my client. I am ready to provide you exceptional services. I have established a wide variety of referral resources to assist you with relocation, including estate sale services, legal and tax advise, moving companies and older adult transitioning services just to name a few.
